Staff is amazing and flexible, my room was upgraded, which was a nice surprise Spa and gym: everything is completely new and really clean I had a chance to do also deep tissue massage and it was just fabulous. Food is good

Free upgrade to better rooms, the rooms themselves (equipment, size, window view, bathroom, bed, TV etc.), overall hotel appearance, quality of most of facilities, wide package of free services, indoor swimming pool, sauna, hammam room, breakfast included, fair price.

The windows were drafty — the wind came through even though they were shut. Breakfast could have been much better; something was always missing. One morning, they ran out of hot water, so I couldn’t make myself a tea, and it took them forever to bring more — which they never did in the end. On a positive note, the staff were super nice and friendly. Special thanks to our housekeeping guy, Irfan — he was awesome!

Great hotel, could not imagine anything better to stay over night after missed flight :) stuff is really amazingly welcoming and caring; bed is comfortable; room spacious; spa/Hammam is just what you need. So, in a sense happy to miss the flight and had a great time at Marriott at Pendik

The staff was gracious, friendly, and helpful. They made me feel seen and safe as a solo traveler. The suite exceeded my expectations.

Everything is great, really nice and new hotel with comfortable rooms and great service. The rooftop bar is also hidden gem. Gym is well equipped.

Staff were very friendly and were able to speak English properly which helped a lot. Room was good size, bath hub was clean and good size, spacious bathroom and shower area. Bed was very comfortable.
